Our much-anticipated Company Launch Day last week was nothing but a success!

The whole team at Berwick travelled down south to Norbury for a fun filled afternoon to get everyone excited for the year ahead. A day full of enthusiasm, teamwork, and a shared vision for what’s in store for Berwick in 2024 (and way too many sweets…).

To kick start the day, Paisley Flour Catering served us up some delicious BBQ-style food which went down an absolute treat, fuelling us all for the day ahead. Once we polished off the food, the leadership team took to the stage to give us all an insight into the year ahead, highlighting our opportunities, vision, and goals for 2024. Next up was a fantastic but very intense team-building game hosted by Escape Game Events, that seriously did keep us on the edge of our seats! The aim of the game was to crack multiple codes using an array of clues, however…was it really a clue or a red herring? It was a tense finish, but Team 1 secured the win! Well done Mark, Colin, Jefferson, Kathryn, Lewis, and Ryan!

Let’s just say we all had a lot of fun and ate way too much food…
