I am not an easy customer, as a busy Care Home Manager I need prompt and efficient service. Berwick surpass my expectations. Their motto should be 'ask and we will find’. As yet I have been supplied with everything I have asked for from mattresses and replacement bed rails to freezer thermometers and housekeeping equipment. Any enquiry is dealt with in a friendly and efficient manner and delivery is swift, giving peace of mind. Their prices are good too!

I would like you know how pleased we are with the fit-out of the new lounges from yourselves. It looks absolutely amazing and has made a big difference to all of our residents and staff. The atmosphere is so relaxing and calm, our residents are all interacting and socializing with each other a lot more which is lovely to see. As a care home group, we found that we did not have a centralised overview in our purchases. Berwick Care was able to support our need to have a centralised overview but also control budgets. Part of the whole system from Berwick Care, there Lean Reporting based on orders has great information. This is accessible to Managers but also Head Office on a group bases. We can compare by sites but also judge against expected national spends, here you a go into great detail on where money has been spent (not having to find all the invoices!) all the information is to hand straight away...

...We had several meetings to discuss our business needs and each time Berwick Care ensured that they were able to meet our expectations. They ensured all our sites and a smooth transition for switching supplier. They also gave each site dedicated training, personalised for their needs, this was a benefit for the Head Office team so the required dedicated time could be spent with each site and it was not just a generic training session. The accounts platform has given Head Office the ability to access invoices/statements straight away. Berwick Care also worked with our Purchase Ledger to have one report produced each month that contained all the expenditure for the group with all the personalised requirements for us to be able to import directly into our accounts system (Sage Line 50). This has taken away any manual inputting, not only saving time but also minimising any inputting errors...

...The platform implemented by Berwick Care is easy to use for all levels of ability and anyone would be able to use the platform. The ability to place budgets values on accounts to ensure the Care Home does not go over budget is a huge benefit. This gives us control of their budget as we can implement a personalised level of authority to give assurance that they are keeping within budget but also not ordering unnecessary items. We have been using the system for 9 months, and our experience has been positive with no faults found. The whole team at Berwick has been supportive in every area and we can not thank them enough for smoothing out our processes.
